THE BLUE SHOW LAYOUT REVAMP
5-16-06 POST RATED: Cojo, Cojo Art Juggernaut, Artsucks.com, The Blue Show, Paintings, Cojo Originals, Blue Paintings, Work on Canvas

I finally got THE BLUE SHOW GALLERY laid out in a format that simulates how it actually looks hanging on a wall. Here is how it looks in it's own static page THE BLUE SHOW. At the time of this posting 19 of the 33 original paintings are still available. No single collector currently owns more than three pieces. By purchasing four pieces from this series you would have the largest personally owned collection of THE BLUE SHOW paintings in existence.

If the paintings seem pricy for their size, that is fine. My paintings aren't meant to be purchased by everyone, and I don't expect them to sell out overnight. The type of person who buys art at this price range spends more money on a single dress or night in a hotel suite. These paintings will live forever. They were hand painted with the finest Lascaux acrylics on canvas and are custom framed in black lacquered mahogany.

THE BLUE SHOW was my first one man show ever and was created in a very tough time in my life. I could have priced these paintings cheaper and had them all sell out, but I'm in no rush to get rid of them. They mean a lot to me, and when I look at them I remember what it's like to struggle, and it reminds me how far I've come.

You can click the unsold images in the gallery layout to learn more about each piece. Keep in mind, in ten years the price on these will look like play money to anyone wanting to collect my original painted work. By then my sketches will probably be selling for more than these.

Artsucks.com tracks the f_cked-up visual life and mind of COJO ART JUGGERNAUT (MAXIM, ROLLING STONE, VIBE), a 28-year-old artistic zeitgeist trudging the streets of Manhattan (Philly, Vegas, Bklyn, etc...), gnawing on the big rotten apple for all it's worth, and getting drunk on the cider. . .
Celebrity encounters, industry parties, the ins and outs of the art world, paparazzi, models, and deranged homeless people bathing in their own urine. No topic is safe, and the unusual is commonplace. . .
Grab your sketchbook, skirt the velvet rope and take a walk with the beautiful people!
