An illustration that was commissioned but never printed. MAXIM MAGAZINE (The Number One Men's Lifestyle Magazine In The World)'s initial concept for the first ACROSS THE USA was based on a story where a sick dude (I can't even remember what state it was in) was into watching chicks vomit. He got off on it. He sets up a video camera, feeds his fiance a drain cleaning liquid (re: HEATHERS). She was just supposed to choke and vomit...whoops.
Anyway, the drawing was a little too graphic for a first illo establishing the tone of the new back page. I gotta thank my sister Ace and her boyfriend Ryan for modeling for this one. The inside joke with us on this piece is that Ryan is Canadian, so to have him playing the American Moron is just perfect.
