CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM'S JEFF GARLIN UNMASKED
9-7-07 POST KEYWORDS: Jeff Garlin, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Ron and Fez, XM Unmasked, Cojo
One of the funniest guys in TV comedy JEFF GARLIN from one of my favorite TV shows, Curb Your Enthusiasm , sat down in the COMIX Comedy club for an hour and a half XM COMEDY UNMASKED interview hosted by the legendary comic, Radio host, and my hero Ron Bennington from THE RON AND FEZ SHOW
These Unmasked experiences are really fucking interesting. So far I've been to the Unmasking of Carlos Mencia and Patrice O'Neal (haven't written about them yet) and have yet to be let down. Ron geniusly delves deep into the comedian's origins and breaks down not only the career paths the comedians have taken to get to where they are, but also what they think is funny, and how they go about being funny.

Garlin is a true comedian though, and is well versed on the art of funny. After going over his standup days and his life in Chicago's Second City Theatre, he went on to talk about Daddy Day Care - working with Eddie Murphy, and his relationship with Larry David and the cast of Curb , wrapping-up with his first writer/director/starring indy film I WANT SOMEONE TO EAT CHEESE WITH costarring Bonnie Hunt, Sarah Silverman, and other greats.

It was a great interview and I as glad to be sitting less than 10 feet away from the action in an audience of about thirty.
Ron seemed very impressed by Jeff, and later said on the radio of the interview:
"It was like a college professor of comedy explaining to the world how it works."-RON BENNINGTON
More Unmasked please, thank you XM, love it!
