Near Penn Station there were the remnants of what had been the art car parade, which happened at 11AM and we had unfortunately missed. Above you see the car modeled after Piet Mondrian's work.

The next car, or van rather, is covered in tons of masks and metal statues. My mom collects that type of thing so this car would blow her fucking mind.

Probably the most famous art car is the van that's covered with old cameras. I remember back in college this car was around NYC all the time. He got his car on the cover of the book Art Cars for christ sakes.

Here's a bunch more weirdly painted vans, including one with a lobster on the top.

This little car was painted to look like a star wars vehicle. It's economical because runs on liquified Wookiee shit.

I spotted a car driving home that was made out to look like the cartoon illustration of the Beatles Yellow Submarine in the Peter Max style.
